Meadow Run Estates is located in Foley, Alabama.  It sits on County Road 12 between State Highway 59 and the Foley Beach Express.  Its convenient location is twenty minutes from the sugar-white sand beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama, seven minutes from the Tanger Outlet mall, and five minutes from Downtown OWA which has the Tropic Falls Amusement Park and Water Park.

Meadow Run Estates is an eighty-five home residential community that is proud of our neighborhood and we truly believe this is the best place to live!  We have larger lots, brick homes, and people who care about each other, our neighborhood, and the community.  Our residents have premium utilities such as ultra-high-speed internet, natural gas, and underground electricity.  Residents also have complete access to the onsite tennis/pickleball court, swimming pool, and clubhouse (which has a billiards room, exercise room, and separate men and women's dry saunas).
